Thanks goes to Skit for suggesting Live+Press. Since I now have my blog up and running, I needed to have the option of syncing my posts with LiveJournal, which Live+Press does. My blog still requires some heavy CSS customisation but at least the basics are there.

Might want to check your permalinks however, they appear to be broken.. :(
