About Ruth

Ruth Ellison is a user experience person and information architect living in Canberra, the capital city of Australia. She is extremely passionate about creating accessible and useful user experiences. She is fascinated by the way humans interact with each other and with web and computer systems. Ruth currently works at Stamford Interactive in Canberra.

When not busy with interaction design and accessibility work, Ruth can be found out and about taking photos, singing in an a capella group called Raw Honey and slowly adding to her growing collection of science-fiction and fantasy books (sitting at 400+ books at the moment). Ruth is able to balance her self-confessed geekiness with a penchant for handbags, shoes, and accessories.
